•Excelling through diversity
The evidence of the difference we make in our communities is best seen in the faces of the people we work with, but we’re also proud of the recognition we receive from various agencies. Below is just a short list of some of those awards
Community Recognition

Award for Excellence in Corporate Community Service
The Points of Light Foundation presented us with this national community service award, which recognizes our commitment to creating an environment that inspires and enables associates to volunteer in their communities.

Governor’s Community Service and Volunteerism Award
We received this award in 2001 in recognition of our efforts to build and strengthen the character and competence of Virginians, our sustained commitment to the community, and our unique and creative approaches to meeting the needs of our community.

Corporate Humanitarian of the Year Award
We received this award from the National Conference for Community and Justice for our support of the Partners for Peace program, which provides complimentary curriculum and activities to educators to help build safe and cooperative learning environments.
